This company may be good plumbers but what ever you do please don't let them touch your Generac Generator. Mine had 2.5 running time and they charged me $465 for a new battery and spark plugs when the issue was the engine came apart. Obviously a warranty issue. I asked for a bill adjustment and they refused. They told me that I needed a gas meter upgrade after that which I did agree with. They need to stay with plumbing only!

The work they’ve done for me has been good, but their pricing is anything but transparent or ethical. I live about thirty minutes from their office, yet I was charged thirty minutes of drive time to my house before the tech started working and another thirty minutes plus of drive time once the tech had finished. Didn’t install my sump pump correctly the first time, leading to a service call within 6 months and charging me a service fee to come out and fix what should have been done right in the beginning. Also the way they installed the pump initially, voided my warranty on it and they didn’t tell me that when they installed it. The manager called and said “it’s not under warranty, I can’t make it be under warranty”. Came out, did very little, wound up charging over $500. It still didn't work. Called and was advised that the coil was freezing and to just "turn off the AC to thaw it" in 90° heat, and even then we couldn't get the house under 85 degrees. I guess this was an acceptable solution for them. Landlord came over and checked the freon and we were very low, something their alleged technician should've checked first! after the LANDLORD added freon, it ran perfectly. The best plumbing company in the area. Quick response, professional and talented plumbers. We had drain issues and then main sewer line needed to be replaced. The talented team took care of everything in 2 days, I feel the price was reasonable and they also had great follow up for a couple of pop up issues. They will get it fixed and fix it right. I can't recommend them enough, I Would not consider any other company, and believe me I have tried others.THANK YOU to the entire team
