I was hesitant to go to a therapist but I'm so glad I did. Sabrina Connelly has been there for me over the last couple years through loss and grief, stressful periods in relationships and also helped me process childhood events with professional EMDR. I really appreciate that she only guides me by asking questions so I can find my own answers instead of trying to tell me what she thinks I should do.
