The company Cancels the first appointment on the scheduled day right before the time. My husband worked at home because of the appointment. Never showed up or called on the second appointment and my husband came home early so we don't missed the appointment. We wanted to fix our fireplace before it gets cold but never got fixed!!! Missed opportunity to call other companies because they are all busy until next year in March.
