I dropped my car off for regular service and when I picked it up one of the windows wasn’t working (it wouldn’t roll up) despite being fine before I dropped it off. They took no responsibility and said I’d have to pay them to fix it. I don’t know the true cause but this was really upsetting to me and I would hope for better customer service. I will not return to this location.
When you have a problem with your vehicle and you take it to a dealership for service, you expect the best and this place is not for it they charge like $800 but the problem persists and they cant find it 🤦🏽♂️
$189 for oil change is ridiculous, never go there again. Will change my own oil from now on! Maybe $85 dollars for parts and save the rest
Took my car into the garage to do my oil change right away. No waiting.
