I've been a member since I was 16 years old. I've had two loans through them. The past year and a half with them has been a joke. I've had issue after issue. Poor customer service. No follow throughs. I use to rant and rave about how great they are, but now I'm telling people don't even think about opening an account with them. I will be canceling my bank account through them as soon as they open on Monday.
Poor customer service at the Chamberlayne Rd. office. Careless tellers. Check your receipt before leaving the window. Don't expect an apology when they make a mistake.
I love banking with connects. So many great employees from past to present. From Ron to Jan and many more they are why I love this bank.
