I've been trying to get the new Xbox and it is such a high demand if you don't order it within the first 3 minutes you don't get it. I literally had it trigger a fraud alert for the purchase of the Xbox series x when they first released it for perorder and spent time clearing it up with fraud detection Center and some reason when I tried to purchase it again it gets triggered again how does that make any sense. If you are looking for a bank for a loan, DON’T open an account with Connects. They have screwed up my payments twice in the last month. Even after calling several times and being assured by Jennifer Snead that everything is taken care of, things are still screwed up.
This bank has very discriminate to behaviors stereotyping customers they never cashed checks always place a 5 day hold all their customers are deemed criminals.
Great communication skills from Stacy and Akaysha. Always a pleasure to bank here.
