One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I own two plazas within the area of Union and was in talks with the manager at the Union corporate location to bring in a million dollar account. What got me to almost pull the trigger was the staff at the branch. However, when dealing with the manager (antonio) he did not process and of my paperwork and apparently passed on the work to one of his employees and never received a phone cal from him afterwards!.
