my prescription gets messed up all the time but they're so bad about answering the phone or taking any ownership of the mistake that I have ended up in withdrawal. while waiting in the lobby the receptionists were talking all sorts of crap and even making fun of another patient who was having issues getting her prescription filled. privacy is so important especially when dealing with something as sensitive as treatment for opiate dependence. laughing at people during a time of need is just heartless.

You see a different provider every time, so there's zero rapport. Ownership changes so frequently and without warning that you never know what you're going to get. The last straw for me was when they put me in an exam room, forgot about me, and went to lunch. They really don't care about the people whose lives they're making significantly more difficult. There are plenty of addiction clinics, and I would suggest going to a different one.

I highly recommend the office on Poplar, the provider running the practice is the best. They are one of the only offices offering injectable forms of MAT in Memphis. This is Dr you've been looking for.
