i hate that my psychiatrist works here. impossible to get anyone over the phone, impossible to create an appointment. HORRIBLE customer service. the phone attendants are so rude and hung up on me 6 times before i spoke to a real representative. it was 12:59 when i called. was told to hang up and call back at 1 when everyone was back from lunch. i get that everyone wants their lunch time, but if i have 8 seconds until 1, that’s stupid. cannot stand anyone that works here BESIDES my psychiatrist.

It's a friendly, clean office in a decent location. There is not a long wait like most places, and the staff is fabulous!
