So glad I chose Connections in Acton for physical therapy. When I first started, I was in daily pain and even had frequent minor injuries while doing the simplest and smallest of tasks. My Physical Therapist, Tom, addressed the nerve symptoms and taught me how to strengthen weak points that were contributing to my pain and frequent injuries. Connections is the best PT experience I have ever had! Ryan is an excellent caring therapist who has helped me tremendously with an excruciating cervical vertebrae/pinched nerve/torn muscle injury.
Connections PT was recommended to me by several people after I had my shoulder replaced. I am very pleased with my therapy so far! My therapist Tom really listens and offers alternative exercises when I feel like one is not right for me.
Jess was amazing to work with. I’ve had back trouble for most of my adult life (40+yrs). I’ve Tried massage, acupuncture &chiro. Jess evaluated me and quickly not only found the source but then found the right mix of stretches and workouts — and her patience!! Especially for this non athlete who had to told what exactly “core” was! I graduated today and can now hike for miles without pain. And I have an exercise/stretch routine that I know I can stick to.
