Staying at this home was a great experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Each BHT had something good to add when I went to one of them with an issue. They did their best to make accommodations when needed. My case manager was wonderful, very helpful and consistent. He prepared me for an IOP when returning home and continuously made sure I was comfortable. My therapist offered great advice and guidance, she got me ready to continue treatment outside of the center. I wish I could have stayed for longer! Un... read more
Where to start ! I’ve had the best mental health help I think I could possibly have gotten from connections mental health at villa park. The staff has been amazing. Wanya, the house manager always made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I had all of my accommodations and always had me laughing . Everyone here was amazing from the BHT’s , Eddie, Nikki , Ethan Sandra, Heath and Justin who always had my back to the facilitators running the groups . They really saved my life. Treatment here was very good I highly recommend! Staff here are very accommodating, fair, & helpful. Therapy & groups are helpful. Kristoff is a very nice reliable guy.
I I would not send my loved ones to this place. If you are thinking about going to this place do not I repeat do not go to this place. I’ve been to rehab before in this place is the worst. Worst I’ve ever been to I was there. let me tell you something I was there for 30 days OK and the program is only 30 days. They told me we’re discharging you on Monday and they didn’t even have a plan for me to go anywhere, they didn’t do anything so they ttransfer me to another place. I came to this place, unsure of what to experience and hoping for help. I have experienced significant improvement for a New starting in life. I am forever grateful for what this place has provided to me not only the staff, but also the clients to relate to. This organization has provided so much support to all needs of each client regardless other situation and background.
