Jeannette Medina is easy to work with, very detailed and cultivates a safe, secure environment. We are grateful for her time with our daughter, who does not warm easily to testing. It was clear in the 2 sessions they had, though, Jeannette made a positive impact on her.

I cannot say enough about how much Jeannette has helped our family. My son was behind in school and kept getting further and further behind. We did testing through school and he didn't qualify for any services. I decided we needed to do private testing and I am so glad we did. My son felt totally comfortable with Jeannette. We recently moved to the US with our son, who has a history of learning challenges, primarily dysgraphia. The college he started at refused to make accommodations without a psycho-educational assessment from a licensed US provider. I consulted with a handful of providers and Connections LEP was clearly the best fit for us. We had a wonderful experience working with Jeanette. She provided a thoughtful, thorough ADHD assessment for one of my children and supported both of my kids with counseling focused on anxiety and emotional regulation. Jeanette built a warm and trusting rapport with them, and they always looked forward to their sessions. Her compassionate, skilled approach made a meaningful difference for our family.
