We needed to move my mom from an independent living facility, to a place that would give her the services she needed. She has moderate dementia. Denise listened to what we thought we wanted, asked pertinent and deep questions, then narrowed down our search. She arranged for us to visit a few homes that she thought would fit our needs. I recently suffered a stroke. As a result my wife and I needed some basic home care and local transportation. So we interviewed several companies and chose this one. I must write that I was happily surprised by the folks that came to our home. They were prompt and courteous. The office manager Alison is top notch. From her attention to detail. I had a very positive experience with Connections In Homecare & Communities! I needed to find a Group Home for my mom close to where I live. Lea Benson came to the rescue! Lea is kind, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. She has an abundance of patience and goes over and above to be helpful. We found a wonderful Group Home for my mom and Lea continues to touch base. I would highly recommend Lea Benson & Connections In Homecare & Communities.

Lea Benson went above and beyond to find placement for my mother in law in a long term care group home. She did an incredible amount of research and phone calls in one day so that we could tour the group homes the next day. My mother in law was scheduled for discharge the day after. For many people that provide a service such as care home placement, this would have been purely transactional, not Lea.
