CFDC and Tracy Marks are a Joke Tracy Marks is known for being one of the worst in the business. She has continuously sent deaf people to public places to request interpreters, only to give those deaf people kickbacks when she profits from interpreting services. Excellent Service Connections for deaf citizens is a wonderful agency. They work throughout Michigan serving the deaf and hearing impaired community. They also provide additional language interpreting services. They provide quick, quality service. They are easy to find located in Detroit's New Center Area.
