Very appreciative of Connection Counseling’s service - Audrey and Alex are both fantastic.
Tried to make an appointment here. Said there were appointments available with the chosen therapist. All good. Then get an email saying I needed to sign in through a portal since I'd already been there before. Couldn't remember that, so I tried to find a password with the reset. Nothing. So no way to may an appointment. Outdated website that didn't work. I called. No record of our names. Oh, and that therapist wasn't taking clients. Very bad experience. It you're in real stress, might want to look elsewhere.
Finally therapists who know what they’re doing. Not just listen therapy. But truth therapy to help rearrange the story and help me take responsibility but also in a kind loving way
