I cannot recommend Jennifer Atkinson highly enough! She helped heal what I thought would always be broken. I was able to talk to Kyle about my situation with billing and they were able to help me with the situation and hopefully it works in the next week or two. Therapists are great, just make sure co-payment is fully known beforehand.
Really disappointed to be honest. My wife and I booked an appointment for our first time for 6pm and we sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Two people (that we assumed worked there) walked by us with their things without saying anything. We ended up leaving without a single word from anyone working there. Big time bummer for Connections Counseling. 👎🏽

In couples therapy - where we were dealing with major betrayal and trauma — we often left feeling worse than when we went in. Though this office is hailed as an addiction recovery and betrayal trauma specialty site, we found that they failed to take into account our personal values, our personal situation, and the level of trauma that the betrayed partner in our relationship had experienced.
