I truly Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Whatever I can do to lower the rating further from 1.8 is what I’ll do for now. I’ll most definitely be Pursuing any and all legal avenues to get this “crisis centre” checked out and reported! I am appalled by what my child had to go through!

This “facility” Meant to help people in crisis deserves -10 stars! I cannot believe That individuals can be treated like this!! No matter of race, gender, sexuality, etc. Every single person is a human being And deserves The same level of respect as anyone else. No matter what they’re going through!

I can honestly say this place looks like an abandoned building. It is located at the end of an unkept pothole filed road. No signs to tell you, you have arrived at the correct place. No marked front door and no landscaping, weeds 3 feet high. My child was clandestinely taken there from INOVA Leesburg. They didn’t tell me or my child where she was going. Hi. I’m on my moms account. I was just there. I don’t like it. Lack of food and nutrition and communication with staff is horrible. Not a place to recommend. Glad I’m home!!!
