Gina Ziegler is the best! She is very responsive to tenant issues and extremely understanding. I've called her under extreme circumstances and she has always lend me an ear and offered sound advice. I consider her very resourceful too. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I have had a great experience with Connection Property Management. :-)

Hiring Eric and Cpm was a great decision. I had a realtor put problematic tenants in my rental property without my approval. Needless to say it was headache after headache. After hiring Eric he dealt with all of the problems and I now have new tenants. CPM handles all of my accounting and repairs and I can finally look at my property as an investment. I would HIGHLY recommend his services and have to friends and family.
An excellent company that works extremely hard for their clients. Connection took over a property of mine that was originally managed by another person (Randall Maher) . I came to discover Maher was stealing rent and the tenant he placed in my property had never been screened. I fired Maher and immediately hired Connection.
