Because, unlike the 3 gynecologists before her, Dr. Pascucci actually listens to understand my concerns instead of to respond. After being gaslit by my last doctor, this means a great deal to me. I had been seeking HRT and have a special circumstance. Our virtual calls are 10 - 15 minutes and I’m charged a very high amount which makes no sense. These are just a follow up calls. She is coding our appointments wrong and I needed to call the billing department twice to fix this. Seems like a scam to get paid.

I see Dr Kara Collazo for my annuals etc and she is so great. VERY knowledgable, patient, kind, thorough, takes time to explain all my options/treatments, and really listens. I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of with her.

Very rude and unprofessional. I called because the suite was hard to locate, and the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and had a nasty attitude. I was just trying to figure out where the office was, and instead of helping, she acted like I was bothering her. I also don't like that all three locations use the same phone number. It makes it hard to get in touch with the specific office you're trying to reach and leaves too much room for confusion and misinformation. Based on this experience alone, I'l... read more
