I see Dr Kara Collazo for my annuals etc and she is so great. VERY knowledgable, patient, kind, thorough, takes time to explain all my options/treatments, and really listens. I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of with her.
Very rude and unprofessional. I called because the suite was hard to locate, and the receptionist who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and had a nasty attitude. I was just trying to figure out where the office was, and instead of helping, she acted like I was bothering her. I also don't like that all three locations use the same phone number. Delia is amazing. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and warm. She makes you feel like you are more than just another patient.
Always a good experience with pleasant and kind staff and an excellent physician.
