Shout out to the whole team here. Always answer the phone with a warm welcome and good attitude. Frank in service is very helpful and let me know what I needed to do to replace my leaf springs on the side of the road, along with supplying the parts. Mike in service is also great, he hooked up my trailer and solved my never ending bad ground issue. They have a pretty quick turn around and have done great work at pretty affordable prices. 5 stars for Connecticut Trailers in Bolton. The staff is pleasant and knowledgable and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I had a hitch installed on my Rogue and they were able to build the bike rack that I had purchased at no extra cost! I will return again. Ordered (2) 10" snowmobile trailer tires.. dropped off the rims at 7am so I could grab them on my ride home from work at 1pm. That didn't happen.. they call at 4pm saying that can't mount the new tires because thier tire machine may damage the 10" rim. They did only marked the tires up 10% so that was good but now I needed to find a place to mount the new tires fast, because my trailer was in the middle of my driveway on jack stands. Thank goodness for Tires International!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I contacted CT trailers a couple days before I wanted to go look at a trailer for potential purchase! It was so easy to schedule an appt and we left the lot with our brand new trailer in tow! The salesman, Mike D., was outstanding! Very personable and knowledgeable! The finance manager, Erika, was an absolute delight! Equally as personable!
