Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Fantastic experience.
The nurses that prep you for surgery have no compassion and caring. I have difficulty getting an IV, mentally and physically. I told them which vein to use which they ignored. The redhead jammed a needle into a spot that I knew wasn't going to work. 2 sticks later they jammed it into my hand which I specified I dtwant. The redhead made it clear she didn't like me. I was very uncomfortable and stressed going into surgery. The recovery nurses were okay. I wouldn't have another procedure at this place,it was very unprofessional... read more
