I was and am devastated by the shoddy, disgraceful "prosecution" carried out on a thug who attacked me leading to three surgeries. I'm 84 and seriously diminished due to the assault and battery. I was never interviewed by the prosecutor and astonished when I learned the assailant had in the end been charged with: "causing a disturbance." Yes.
Got here at 9:50 am. For 10am hearing. I'm still here until after Lunch at 2:05
