Like the credit union but debit card does not tap and no way to add it to my apple wallet to make it a tap card. I can’t ride the subway without this function. Don’t use this bank if you travel.

Need to move on with new technology. People working for this credit union seem very unhappy and rude. I don’t know why but I feel they are not happy there. So maybe they need customer service training or leave. I found it funny they deny loans because of the ratios. If we would not need a loan to close gap of the ratios we wouldn’t ask. Funny, if you have money we can borrow, but if you need money you can’t. Just found this hilarious.
