Need to move on with new technology. People working for this credit union seem very unhappy and rude. I don’t know why but I feel they are not happy there. So maybe they need customer service training or leave. I found it funny they deny loans because of the ratios. If we would not need a loan to close gap of the ratios we wouldn’t ask. Funny, if you have money we can borrow, but if you need money you can’t. Just found this hilarious.
Limited hours, inconvenient location, best people and great loan rates.
Good place but they need to catch up with technology. Can't view anything online or sign up online. It's annoying always having to go there.
