Amanda in the office is great to work with and was very communicative as it relates to schedule changes due to weather, etc. This is the second time CT Sealcoating worked on my driveway. I did have cracks reappear or widen after the first application. Tim L**** came out in a timely fashion to inspect it and provide a proposal. However, I was told it was beyond the warranty period. Very service oriented company. My salesperson Tim was very nice and knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. They sealEd the cracks and asphalt Last year. Over the winter a few surfaces became exposed. In the spring I called Amanda very nice lady and Tim came out to review. He agreed and I was within the one year warranty and just recently they sent the crew back to reseal at no cost. Hats of for a company that backs up its work and has great people working for them. I highly recommend them.
