Realter always answers emails in a timely manner and has great communication. They were patient with me throughout the application process which was greatly appreciated as a first time renter. I like my studio a lot. It is was very clean on move in day and all the appliances function well. So far I have had a very positive experience.

My husband and I just moved from Maryland to a gorgeous townhouse at the Grand Ryefield in Bloomfield. The ONLY way we were able to accomplish this is with a great deal of professional, yet always pleasant, assistance from Alanna Korris. She was extremely responsive to every email and every phone call, and it is my opinion that a better property manager would be exceedingly hard to find. Thank you, Alanna for all your help.

I was excited to think i was getting closer to moving into my first apartment after paying 300$ in fees and running around submitting documents just to get denied. And Let’s not forget we did not see the unit that we ORIGINALLY was supposed to see because they had already accepted a different “applicant” by that time . moving forward we liked the other property that was shown to us, now here’s the part that gets interesting.
