This company is very professional. I dealt with Juan who was very helpful, easy to communicate with and made the process very easy. Every time I have visited the office the females were very nice and helpful as well. I recommend this realty company to anyone in Connecticut.

I have just moved in. I communicated with Juan during the whole process. He is very respectful, friendly, and responsive. The apartment is clean and the rent is reasonable. The application process however was more complicated than what I had experienced in South Carolina. All in all, I am happy with my new apartment.

I recently moved in a few weeks ago, and so far, everything has been great. The application and move in processes were incredibly smooth and straightforward. Juan was truly helpful, he made the entire experience seamless and was always available to answer any questions I had. The building is clean, and aside from some daytime noise from the park across the street, it’s been peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and I’m looking forward to getting to know more about the building and the neighborhood.
