First time renter, the process was smooth easiest move of my life. The place I got is what I wanted at a price I can afford. Would recommend CRT to anyone.

I recently moved in a few weeks ago, and so far, everything has been great. The application and move in processes were incredibly smooth and straightforward. Juan was truly helpful, he made the entire experience seamless and was always available to answer any questions I had. The building is clean, and aside from some daytime noise from the park across the street, it’s been peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and I’m looking forward to getting to know more about the building and the neighborhood.

Realter always answers emails in a timely manner and has great communication. They were patient with me throughout the application process which was greatly appreciated as a first time renter. I like my studio a lot. It is was very clean on move in day and all the appliances function well. So far I have had a very positive experience.

My husband and I just moved from Maryland to a gorgeous townhouse at the Grand Ryefield in Bloomfield. The ONLY way we were able to accomplish this is with a great deal of professional, yet always pleasant, assistance from Alanna Korris. She was extremely responsive to every email and every phone call, and it is my opinion that a better property manager would be exceedingly hard to find. Thank you, Alanna for all your help.
