Connecticut Properties Inc are the Absolute worse the people are so rude it make no sense. They DO NOT care about their tenants at all. There apartments are falling apart they do no work on them when the past tenants moved out, My apartment was so nasty when i first moved in with a list of damages that they knew about before i moved in but never fixed it. people smoke in the lobby. the place is suppose to be heat and hot water.
