I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I continue to receive. The entire staff is professional, kind, and supportive. Dr. Lorenz is an exceptionally skilled surgeon and has been attentive and thorough every step of the way, always taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable and well informed. Most importantly, my torn wrist ligament was successfully repaired and I’m very pleased with the outcome.
I was so grateful to get an appointment the same day,I called! The facility is clean and inviting. Having never seen a podiatrist before, I was nervous plus and in pain. Dr. Key was very calming and explained what he would be doing. The procedure was not painful and I look forward to resuming my activities.
The desk receptionist was welcoming. The admitting nurse did not want to hear what I had to say about my medical condition. She seemed annoyed. I received the same reaction from the attending physician. If there is any kind of complaint or issue about Connecticut Orthopedics they are dismissed without any apology or concern. I also was put off when the doctor was checking his watch to make sure I didn't take up too much time. At least be less obvious when checking time.
