Connecticut Orthopedics The place is good. While the wait time was reasonable, my overall experience with Provider:Jenna A Bernstein, MD was very disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, I felt unwelcome. Her demeanor was cold, and she showed no empathy or genuine concern for what I was going through. Dr. Spak and his team were both extremely helpful and professional. I felt both validated and medically cared for while at their office. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Hartford Healthcare system and this office continues to uphold that standard of excellence.
