Horror show. The only place worse is St. Rae's. And they are not at all honest, nor do they have any familiarity with any online work, etc. They are pill jockeys who greenwash themselves.
When I went it felt rushed. The lady didn't take me serious and told me to see my doctor. I was told by my therapist to go there because a psychiatrist is supposed to diagnose you with a mental illness.
This place helps many in our community.
The security desk needs to be on the same page as the rest of the facility My friend was just looking for the intake paperwork. They send us to the 3rd floor bc. the first floor it’s going to be open at 10am when we arrived at the 3 rd floor no intake application and the receptionist give us the new hrs. of operations at she said it’s a 11 am The website mentioned 8 am Who is wrong? I called them requesting medical records because a certain law enforcement agency referred me to them. I left a voicemail with a certain Wanda who works at CMHC. She called me back very quickly, within 40 minutes of leaving a message. I have never had a government employee (or anyone related to government functions of any kind) in any capacity anywhere return my communications so quickly.
