On 08-27-26, I met with Dr. Robert Morrin and his team to have a wisdom tooth removed. The receptionist was very welcoming and Dr. Morrin and his partners that assisted were absolutely incredible. I was thoroughly informed with each step of the process and the hospitality I received was second to none. My tooth was removed in such an efficient manner and my discharge instructions were extremely thorough. I cannot say enough about how well my experience went and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Morrin to any future patients.
Insurance/billing issues abound. Was told that because wisdom teeth are oral surgery they would try billing medical first, and then dental, both of which I had coverage for. Sure. My dental insurance was only billed for the initial consultation and not at all for the resulting extraction. I spoke to someone in the office after receiving a bill almost a year ago and they said they’d try filing a claim with the dental insurance. They didn’t. Dr. Morrin was fantastic! He is very compassionate and gentle! He is knowledgeable and made sure I had all the information I needed. The staff is also very friendly. The office is clean. I highly recommend Dr. Morrin!
I recently went to see Dr. Morrin for a procedure. The office was welcoming and very clean. Dr. Morrin was incredible. He made sure I understood the procedure, answered all of my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable before even beginning. He took time to explain all of the after care to me and even personally followed up to check in on my recovery. It was overall a wonderful and stress free experience. I highly recommend anyone in need of these services to go to Connecticut Maxillofacial Associates.
