Always pleasant and helpful.
The doctor is great, but I’ve also had an issue with the receptionist. My phone died, and I couldn’t get ahold of my ride, and I live in a different town. I asked the receptionist if I could charge my phone for a second. She said she couldn’t because she was charging her phone. She also wouldn’t let me make a phone call from the office, nor call my ride (my emergency contact, too) herself. I ended up walking across the street to buy a charger.
