This practice tried to send me a bill for a visit that never happened. I had never even heard of this place and they tried to charge me, sent me on a wild goose chase with a hospital I have never been to, then did not follow up on a resolution until I chased them back down to find an answer. As a company to work for this is by far one of the worst. They do not take care of their employees nor do they respect the employees. They will tell u that you are doing a good job and all caught up on your work but in the same sentence tell you that u need to get along with the other team members. Which one is it? Do work or suck up to everyone. The team leads will go as far as to throw away your name plates upon your departure from the job.
I was recommended to this facility by my primary care physician. CTGI initially conducted a series of tests, which unfortunately my insurance declined to cover, resulting in a significant out-of-pocket expense of nearly $2700. Subsequently, they proposed additional tests with an estimated cost of another $2000.
