My care with Dr Macklin was mostly excellent, but the practice did not check with me before sending a biopsy to get tested at a facility that doesnt take my insurance. This ended up costing me $200, when it could have cost $20. This is extremely frustrating as there is literally nothing I can do about it. I should have been informed of where the biopsy was going and given a choice as to where to send it.
