I was attended to by Dr. Benjamin Wycherly and Lynn Firestone. They were both attentive, knowledgeable, and observant. They assessed my problems well, gave appropriate advice and improved the usefulness of my present hearing aids. One other thing I like about this office: You can pay your copay right at the clinic without waiting to fuss with a mailed invoice or a confusing online app.
Worst experience, starting from the audiologist to Dr Sawyer. No compassion or caring. They ask me a question and she kept interrupting me. She called out Dr Sawyer from his office while I was with the doctor. They never got a thorough history from me. Spent very short time in the MDs office. Ellen.
Don't go here they'll waste your time, terrible bedside manor, when trying to explain my symptoms, staff and doctor kept interrupting me and overall didn't seem to want to listen. Very awful experience.
Always professional and treated me with respect. Very good Doctors.
