Wish there was a rating lower than a one star. Called for an emergency situation with a referral from urgent care. No appointments for a month???? I thought their website said they cared about their patients. Obviously not. Was told there was nothing they could do to get me in. Very dismissive. Told me to “call around” to other ENT’s. Not impressed.

Unethical billing practices keep recieving a monthly bill from collections despite having a reciept that I paid in office down to the last penny. Billing Department keeps hanging up because they bait you to get angry so they can hang up. I will be leaving a negetive review at every location I'm CT until someone calls me to rectify. Unacceptable and as an associate of the DPH rest assure I will be running this up the ladder for a resolution. The person who kept hanging up on me should be reprimanded as well.
