Connecticut Dry Basement did a job fixing a water leak in my basement last year. The quality of work was great and to date the basement is bone dry. Recently I have detected a few minor water leaks in my basement (different locations) and called them again. Rich texted before coming and came to my property on-time to assess the issue. In the middle of all of the rain we’ve been having, my sump pump died. It seemed no one could help me quickly, until I found CT Dry Basements. Within two hours of my call they had given me a free quote and scheduled the necessary work to occur in only 4 days. I had a great experience with Rich. He thoroughly explained the resolution proposed for the water issue in my basement. His team showed up on time and were completely professional and left the area spotless upon completion of the work. I received numerous quotes and their pricing was the best. I have already recommended CT Dry Basements to one of my neighbors and will continue to do so. I'm very happy that I no longer need to worry about water in my basement!

Rich/CT Dry Basements did an excellent job for us. Rich and his staff are professional, personable and courteous, calls are returned promptly, and when Rich advised he or his guys would be at our house, they were there as promised and on time. It's distressing to find your basement flooded, and it's even more distressing when some companies come in with high 5-figure repair estimates. Rich did not do that. It was as if the house I moved into was submerged into a large stream- I could hear the water rushing by my walls. Water was coming in through the walls and the ground. After only two days of work, and despite numerous torrential storms, we have not seen a drop of water or moisture. They also completely removed the mold that had accumulated. They were clean, thorough and their price was better than their competitors. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Rich and his team did a fantastic job. Do yourself a favor and call them if you're in need of basement waterproofing. After multiple companies pitched their product which can be an unbelievably expensive service, Rich made the quoting easy, fast, honest, accurate - and fair. There was no pressure on a sale, versus the other companies of "if you sign today you get this included" type deal. I was experiencing a wet basement due to being on a hill and seepage entering the basement....musty smell and sweeping water to the sump pump 24/7. I finally called CT Dry Basements and had a quote within days. I decided to move forward and am very pleased with the outcome. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant and work was done in a timely manner resulting in a dry basement and easier lifestyle. I have always built my own homes in the past. I decided to restore a 100+ year old home in *************** Overwhelming but once finally finished everything was better then expected until my first raining spring.The finished basement was taking in water.
