Had CT Dry Basements out last week to take care of a foundation crack that occasionally leaked (and sometimes badly) into my (nearly) finished basement. The quote was provided quickly, the price was very fair and work scheduled within a reasonable time frame (unlike other places I quoted from). Just had a team at our house yesterday to attack a water problem we have had for years. The team arrived on time, took care to protect everything in our basement, completed the job by 3 pm and cleaned up everything leaving the basement in great shape. Hopefully the fix works once we get heavy rains. Very happy with the teams effort and looking forward to a dry basement once the rains come.

President Richard Taylor of CT DRY BASEMENTS came out to give me a free estimate of the work that I thought needed to be done in my basement. The paint on sections of the lower part of the wall was bubbling and in the damper parts of the basement it was both bubbling and flaking off onto the floor. We had CT Dry Basements replace our sump pump & system in 2014. In 2021 came storm Fred dropping (5?) inches of rain in one hour. Our neighbors next door and also the ones on the other side of them had water in their basements. Both neighbors told me they had never had water in their basements before, that their sump pumps had always worked, but not this time. Our system from CT Dry Basement kept us dry, even in such unusual and severe conditions. Great company, great work.
I hired New England/ Connecticut Dry Basements to help replace and repair a basement bulkhead. The company sent out a supervisor/estimator to our home. Provided honest opinions and suggestions for the repair. A date and price was agreed upon and the project took two days to complete. The work crew was very courteous and Covid Compliant. Rich and his team have gone above and beyond during the process of waterproofing our basement! Rich had come by in November 2020 to provide a quote for installing a full inside perimeter flat track drain channel, wall flange, new sump pump, new dehumidifier, etc. He was very professional and reasonable.
