If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. The management is downright terrible and clearly doesn’t care about customers. Every single employee I encountered had an attitude, making the whole experience frustrating from start to finish. It’s one of the worst-run garages I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and spend your money anywhere else. Honestly, I hope LAZ takes over this location because Propark has proven they cannot handle it.
Please tow non-EV cars parked in EV spots. Like you signs say.
Extremely Frustrating Exit Experience I parked on the 4th floor of the convention center parking garage and have now been stuck for over 50 minutes just trying to leave. The traffic flow is completely mismanaged, with no visible staff directing cars or helping with congestion. For a facility that serves large events, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. There should be better planning in place for high-traffic times. If you have somewhere to be after your event, do not park here—you’ll regret it.
