My husband and I are so thankful for Nicole Ortiz, our case manager. Nicole is extremely helpful and kind. She makes the name "Connecticut Community Cares" accurate and true. Her caring nature and attitude gives us a feeling of being her only clients. Even though she is very busy, she promptly returns phone calls and spends the right amount of time explaining details of our case and listening to us. She is bright and knowledgeable. One of the workers contacted me to sign papers about my mom she lied to me she did an assessment on my mom i should have been notified i was after the fact she lied to me she said my mom told her she wanted to stay at Davis place but i have my mom on recording said she never ever told her that so i am still waiting on the papers to sign and i also want the report so i guess the only thing i can do is take her to court my dad and husband just passed away i don't need the lies nor the harassment
