Hard to reach no call backs my patient is waiting over 2 months for information and communication poor service can’t get through at times spent offer much help not even sure what they do not much help
My husband and I have had very positive experiences with CCC! We have been working on a very arduous application process with DSS and without their help, I would have given up. Melissa DeFranco has been such an incredible help, very kind and patient. She knows how to get tough when she has to, to get the documentation we need!
Unprofessional and lazy. Nasty phone calls from staffers Sandy and Amy. Search for a caring company because anything will be better then these two women. Since they represent this company I only gave them 1 star. Only fair to give a heads up to the public.
