Towards the end of 2021, I was told by Connecticut Chimney that I needed a liner for my chimney. In order the achieve the required cross sectional opening, they suggested a custom rectangular liner. They proposed to try out one section and if that fit, a full length rectangular liner could be installed. we called to get our 5 chimneys inspected and cleaned. We received very prompt and professional service by a well spoken technician. We also had them back a year later to repair three dampers, again easy booking and they showed up on time, actually 10 minutes early, no arrival window, a specific time. Inspection showed two damper were of its hinges for no good reason and the third hidden so the tech put them back and charged only for a service call. Great and honest service.
