I give one star only because of Althea. She was was understanding of the situation that happened. I’m not going into detail but I do not recommend this location to anyone with children. My 10 year old daughter left in tears. I was told on Friday, Monday Rose would call me to talk about what happened and how we were treated. It is now Wednesday and I have NOT received a call. I tried calling and the receptionist kept having to put me on hold. I hung up because I am at work and had to get back to my job. Please don’t let your ... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Will not ever return to this office. Staff is incompetent and cannot even greet a patient's parent or assist them to be present for their child's appointment. Will be asking our pediatrician for a referral elsewhere, where office staff is professional and does their job.
