I was living in EH, have a autistic child and trying to get appts, referrals, or a call back was dead in the water. Had to drive there for anything I needed n still didn't get proper service. Took 6 months to get to finally speak to someone about a referral for special bed for my child, by the time they got back to me husky stopped paying for service. This place is terrible ever since my kids doctor left. I'm in the process of searching for a new pediatric clinic.
We have been with Dr. Wallace, since she was with Chc the past 16 years, and i have no complaints with her or the staff at CCMC. My three sons and I appreciate the time and dedication!
Came back to add that it looks like my other review where I complained about the lack of phone etiquette (a WHILE ago, because my comment was responded to by ccmc) is magically gone and there are only a handful if reviews from some years back. Nothing recent which is pretty fishy to me
