I will say that since our normal pediatrician has left, I am in search of a new doctor. We can not get timely refills, or refills in general even though we have been with CCMC since my daughter was born. I appreciate CCMC hospital and their staff, however the primary care has led me to the decision for new providers who are here to help children. Zero out of ten DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I was living in EH, have a autistic child and trying to get appts, referrals, or a call back was dead in the water. Had to drive there for anything I needed n still didn't get proper service. Took 6 months to get to finally speak to someone about a referral for special bed for my child, by the time they got back to me husky stopped paying for service. This place is terrible ever since my kids doctor left. I'm in the process of searching for a new pediatric clinic.
We have been with Dr. Wallace, since she was with Chc the past 16 years, and i have no complaints with her or the staff at CCMC. My three sons and I appreciate the time and dedication!
