This place is terrible!
I have been trying to reach my doctor in regards to forms i need for work. After two weeks and three phone calls no one in the main office every returned my phone call and i wasn't able to speak to him again until my next appointment. He told me to email the forms and i did so exactly a week ago after my appointment and no one has had the courtesy to even send me an email to let me know they even received such important documentation. I am currently a patient being treated at the Manchester, CT location of CBHA. I receive Spravato (esketamine) therapy in their clinical setting. The office is comfortable and warmly decorated. There are multiple treatment room options, a more private space for some and a more communal space for others. The Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Franza, who administers the treatment and monitors patients is wonderful.
