We had been using the cheshire location for over 2 years and suddenly we started getting mail to our house with a woman's name. Multiple items over several months- all mail was credit card companies and banks & had same womans name. After months we became concerned as we built the house from the ground up 10yrs prior so a little Google search of the name & an image popped up along with the womans real address which was only a few blocks away...IT WAS THEIR SECRETARY!!! I’ve never had any complaints with Connecticut behavioral health staff. The team is very empathetic, compassionate, and dedicated to our needs!
They never answer back voicemails, and never answers the phone. Very unprofessional and a non communicative team. If you value your time, go somewhere else.
