no support at all, when i called i was greeted by a woman who calls herself Amy. She was extremely rude and condescending while making absurd and racist remarks against African Americans and Asian people.

I provided details on a voicemail and NO ONE had the courtesy to call back. The CT state government HARD AT WORK, per usual.
