Horrible. Beginning of the season I called for an estimate for two trees that were doing badly. Took a few calls before they settled on a date to come. Some one came when I was not home but never told me until I called again. I finally got an email with a price. I agreed to their terms and signed necessary paperwork weeks ago. I texted asking when was the work going to be done with a quick response from them, we have not been there yet! No kidding. I cancelled. Don Parrott and crew deserve a five-star rating for the outstanding tree work done at our home. The crew was instructed to cut down four trees, spray unwanted brush, prune deadwood from numerous branches, and reshape several trees to let in more light.
