Dr. Katz seemed very kind and sincere when I met him, but his assistant was the worst! I have never dealt with such a rude, argumentative, shyster of an assistant before. Perhaps, a DEI hire, either way, I am finding a new doctor because of Dr. Katz staff and will NOT be referring anyone to his office. My experience with staff: - I was told they accepted my health insurance (is accepted), yet I was charged full price with no help or assistance from billing. Over the past year, I have noticed that I have been able to complete all my tasks and then some. It did take a while however I’ve been starting a task and ending it starting a task and ending it. This has been extremely helpful for me.
I've been going to Dr Katz for my ADHD since 2017. He has been excellent in addressing my concerns in my needs throughout the years.
