Extremely unorganized, obvious secretaries are not educated, makes it horrible experience for someone in early recovery. I believe this one is the same as rocky hill, the doctors are good, only see them briefly. Being generous giving one star the one star goes to the doctors, again they are good. ( Barely interact with doctors. )

Not real sure what’s going on in THIS office but nobody EVER answers the phone & IF & when they do your sent to voice mail boxes that are full or told they will pass on a message to whomever it is your looking to speak to, but in fact they don’t!! NOBODY EVER RETURNS YOUR CALL!! then calling back you get the same run around, no answer, full voice mails & on and on…. Or you’re treated like a nuisance!!! No one ever picks up the phone, despite there ALWAYS being a secretary present. So what exactly are you doing that you can never answer the phone? Time to start writing complaints, seems that's the only way to get some change.
