IN OUR PREVIOUS HOME, CONNECT TECH WAS USED BY SEVERAL OF OUR NEIGHBORS. SO WHEN WE MOVED INTO ANOTHER HOUSE, WE HIRED THEM AS WELL SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY GAVE THE COMPANY SUCH HIGH RECOMMENDATIONS. THE ENTIRE CREW WAS AWESOME! WE ARE NOT TECH SAVY AT ALL, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH US IN LEARNING THE SYSTEM. IN FACT, 2 YEARS LATER WE HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY TO FIX IT.
