My heater fan would not shut off and the gas heating was not working. Since my furnace is about 28 years old, i was thinking that this was going to be a very costly repair or maybe even a replacement. I contacted Connected on Friday afternoon and they had someone or at my house Saturday morning. Jerry Douthit Struck our property Gate arm and Fled Property breaking off the gate arm and is currently avoiding Police if there Contractors cant even fess up to what they have done and handle the property damage properly how can anyone trust them to look at there property...its a shame this company until they have paid the fine and our company for damages are not going to be permitted back on our property to do work and we will continue to take legal action against them when the police final catch up with them.
When our Heater/AC broke we called around and got estimates from three reputable businesses. Each one was certain of the problem, giving us estimates of $900-1,200. Since the fix was not a matter of art but rather a simple remove and replace, we chose the least expensive. Truly the best customer service experience I've ever had. We needed to do a couple of repairs on our house before it closed. Lee Ann was great and fit us in to their schedule so that we could have the repairs done in time. We received an appointment confirmation, a reminder and a notification that the technician was on his way with a bio. Amazing! They also did amazing work and gave us a full report on the functioning of our heater in addition to cleaning it and servicing it. I highly recommend them! Thank you!
